Return and Refund Policy

Bijouzz works with multiple vendors/suppliers. Return eligibility varies by vendor, and some items may be final sale.
1) Items not eligible for return. Some vendors do not accept returns. When a vendor does not allow returns, the item is final sale and cannot be returned or refunded except where required by applicable law.
2) Damaged or defective items (14 day notice) If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return or replacement (where available), subject to the vendor’s approval. When contacting us, please include:
•your order number •clear photos of the item and packaging •a brief description of the issue
3) Return approval required. All returns are subject to vendor review and approval. Do not send items back until you receive written return instructions from us (including the return address, as it may differ by vendor).
4) Fees and return shipping. If a return is approved by the vendor:
•Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless otherwise stated in writing by Bijouzz.
•Any restocking fees charged by the vendor will be deducted from your refund (or billed where applicable).
•Original shipping fees (if any) are non refundable, unless required by law.
5) Condition of returned items. Approved returns must be:
•unused and in original condition
•in original packaging with all tags/accessories (if applicable)
•shipped back according to the instructions provided Items returned in unacceptable condition may be refused or may receive a reduced refund, depending on vendor guidelines.
6) Refunds (if approved)If a return is approved and received/accepted by the vendor, refunds (if applicable) will be issued to the original payment method, minus any applicable shipping and restocking fees. Processing times vary by vendor and payment provider.
7) How to request a return? Please email us immediately from the Contact Us page with your order number and details. We’ll confirm whether your item is eligible based on the vendor’s guidelines and provide next steps
8) Cancellations If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible from the Contact Us page. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes, and vendor guidelines may apply.
